Operations Associate
Keep the day to day running - onboarding and billing coordination, records across internal systems, and the follow-through between sales, product, and customer success.
Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical software for ABA providers, capturing session data by voice, structuring trials in real time, and drafting billable SOAP notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of the tablet. We're looking for an Operations Associate to help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly as we support ABA clinics adopting this workflow.
What you'll do
- Support daily operational workflows across onboarding, billing coordination, and internal processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across internal systems and tools
- Help coordinate between teams (sales, product, and customer success) to keep projects moving
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks, requests, and deadlines
- Assist with vendor management, scheduling, and administrative operations
- Identify and help implement process improvements as the company scales
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or business support role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, project trackers, etc.)
- A detail-oriented, follow-through mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with healthcare, clinical, or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with HIPAA-related processes or compliance-sensitive environments
- Experience supporting billing, authorization tracking, or similar operational workflows
