Cadence ABA is looking for an Executive Assistant to support leadership as the company grows its AI-native clinical data platform for ABA providers. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and keeping fast-moving founders and executives focused on their highest-impact work.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for one or more executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal teams, customers, and partners
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables to keep projects and commitments on schedule
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with common productivity and scheduling tools (calendar platforms, video conferencing, document and presentation software)
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executives at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
- Familiarity with healthcare, HIPAA-related, or clinical software environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across small teams
