It doesn’t independently probe third-party integrations such as AI documentation or external SSO providers. The same check is machine-readable at /api/health?deep=1 (without ?deep=1 the endpoint only confirms the application is serving), alongside the rest of the public API. How those services handle PHI when they are up is covered on HIPAA & BAA.
