BCBA Implementation & Customer Success Lead

Guide clinical teams through onboarding and stay their clinical point of contact after go-live - roster migration, treatment plan setup, and the review and sign-off habits that follow.

Customer SuccessLeadRemote (US)Full-time

Cadence ABA is looking for a BCBA Implementation & Customer Success Lead to guide clinical teams through onboarding onto Cadence's voice-first ABA data collection and documentation platform, and to serve as the clinical voice for our customers after go-live. This role sits at the intersection of clinical practice and customer success - you'll help BCBAs and their teams migrate client data, configure treatment plans and mastery criteria, and adopt a new way of running sessions, while making sure the platform reflects sound clinical practice and stays trusted in the clinical record.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clinics and agencies, including client roster migration, program setup, and treatment plan configuration
  • Train BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical directors on running sessions in Cadence, from live capture through review and sign-off of drafted notes
  • Act as the primary clinical point of contact for customers post-launch, answering questions about data collection, mastery tracking, and documentation workflows
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and flag clinical or workflow gaps
  • Monitor customer health and adoption, identifying accounts at risk of churn and proactively addressing friction
  • Maintain and improve onboarding materials, training content, and internal playbooks as the product evolves

What we're looking for

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
  • Prior experience running or supervising ABA sessions and treatment plans in a clinical setting
  • Experience training or supporting clinical staff on new tools, systems, or documentation processes
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining clinical and technical concepts to a range of audiences
  • Comfort working with software platforms and troubleshooting technical or workflow issues alongside customers
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and onboarding timelines simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at an ABA software, EHR, or health-tech company in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with data migration or system-to-system implementation projects
  • Familiarity with CPT coding and billing workflows in ABA practice
