Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical software for ABA therapy - capturing session trials by voice, structuring the data, tracking mastery, and drafting billable notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of the tablet. We're hiring a Recruiter to help us find and hire the people who will build and scale this product.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for open roles, from intake with hiring managers through offer and close
  • Source active and passive candidates through outbound channels, referrals, and talent communities
  • Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and alignment with role requirements
  • Manage candidate pipelines and interview logistics, keeping the ATS accurate and up to date
  • Partner with hiring managers to write and refine job descriptions and interview scorecards
  • Provide a clear, timely, and respectful candidate experience at every stage

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency, with a track record of closing hires
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other candidate channels
  • Comfort managing multiple open roles and priorities at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to pipeline and process management

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for a startup or early-stage company
  • Experience hiring for healthcare, clinical, or health-tech roles
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
