Product Manager

Own a product area end to end - turn ambiguous clinical workflows like live capture and note drafting into shipped features, and stay close to how sessions actually run.

ProductRemote (US)Full-time

Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical software for ABA practices - capturing session data by voice, structuring it against clinical targets, and drafting billable session notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of buried in tablet forms. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape how this experience evolves for clinicians, BCBAs, and the practices that run on it.

What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap for one or more product areas, from problem definition through shipped feature and post-launch iteration
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to translate ambiguous workflows (like live session capture or note drafting) into clear requirements
  • Talk regularly with clinicians and practice owners to understand how sessions actually run and where the product helps or gets in the way
  • Define success metrics for new features and monitor adoption, usage, and quality after launch
  • Prioritize a backlog across multiple stakeholders, balancing clinical accuracy, compliance, and usability
  • Write clear specs, review designs, and help QA and support teams understand what shipped and why

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally on a B2B SaaS or vertical software product
  • Track record of shipping features end-to-end and measuring their impact
  • Strong written communication skills - comfortable turning fuzzy problems into specs and decisions
  • Ability to work directly with technical teams and translate between engineering, design, and end users
  • Comfort operating in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment
  • Genuine curiosity about clinical or healthcare workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare, HIPAA-regulated, or clinical documentation products
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health, or adjacent clinical fields
  • Experience with voice or AI-driven product features
