Product Analyst

Turn product usage into direction - where the clinician workflow stalls, which features land, and what the evidence says the roadmap should do next.

DataRemote (US)Full-time

Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical data software for ABA therapy - capturing session trials by voice, structuring the data in real time, and drafting billable session notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of buried in a tablet. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us understand how clinicians use Cadence, surface insights that shape our roadmap, and make sure our product decisions are grounded in real usage data.

What you'll do

  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and friction points across the clinician workflow
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define, track, and report on key product metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team a clear view of product health and performance
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap
  • Support experiment design and analysis for new features, including A/B tests where applicable
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, design, and engineering teams to answer specific product questions with data

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or similar role, ideally at a SaaS or healthtech company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar)
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical rigor paired with good product intuition
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical software, or a regulated data environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-related data handling considerations
  • Experience working with behavioral or clinical data sets
