Graphic Designer

Shape how the brand and the product look - marketing and sales material, in-product visual assets, and the guidelines that keep it consistent everywhere it shows up.

DesignRemote (US)Full-time

Cadence ABA builds AI-native clinical software for ABA practices - capturing session data by voice, tracking mastery trends, and drafting billable session notes so clinicians can stay present with the child instead of the tablet. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how the brand and product show up visually, from marketing materials to in-product visual assets.

What you'll do

  • Design marketing assets including web graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Support the visual design of product interfaces and data visualizations in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Create presentation decks, one-pagers, and other materials for sales and partnership conversations
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into clear, compelling visuals
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through final production

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print media
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience designing for both marketing and product/UI contexts

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing
  • Experience designing data visualizations or dashboards
